The Platform Project, through efficient management and effective utilization of water data resources, is to create a water information map of Hangzhou City and a river and lake supervision and service system, and make them part of the city brain. On this basis, the waters management platform is built by integrating two-dimensional, three-dimensional, large-screen and mobile terminal technologies.
