The Smart Water Management Platform is one of the first smart water management projects on the municipal level implemented in China, which covers all districts of Tangshan City, and is built with intellisense, network communications, data resources, “forecast, early warning, rehearsal and emergency plan” of flood control, allocation management of water resources, and application of smart water services, thus promoting the digitalization, networking and intelligence of water management of the city.
