In order to realize fast inspection of embankment deficiencies, YREC and Chongqing University jointly developed the YREC-P10 towed transient electromagnetic instrument.

Based on the theory of electromagnetic induction, the vehicle carrier travels at a speed of no less than 10 km/h and fast detects deficiencies within 50 m depth of canal embankment, which improves the detection efficiency by more than 10 times.

Moreover, it owns real-time intelligent recognition function of anomalies and can tell the scope of deficiency area and the location on the spot. Combined with Internet of Things, a cloud platform for embankment inspection is developed with data, spectra and anomalies uploaded in real time, while real-time interaction for instrument connection and remote control are enabled.
