According to the exchange documents between the governments of PR. China and Indonesia, the Chinese government shall provide funds to assist the engineering services for Jenelata and Riam Kiwa dams in Indonesia. YREC was awarded to undertake the services after bidding on November 26, 2018.

Jenelata Dam is located on the Jenelata River in South Sulawesi Province of Indonesia, and developed for the purposes of irrigation, water supply, power generation, as well as flood control and tourism. The main dam is designed to be a composite of concrete face rockfill sections plus a gravity section with a crest length of 1,525 m, maximum dam height of 62.8 m, and the total storage capacity is 285 million m³.

Riam Kiwa Dam is located on the Riam Kiwa River in South Kalimantan Province of Indonesia, and developed for the purposes of irrigation, water supply, power generation, as well as flood control and tourism. The main dam is clay-core rockfill embankment with a crest length of 490 m and maximum height of 51.0 m, and the total storage capacity is about 90 million m³.
