Heihe River Huangzangsi Dam Project
This is a backbone water regulation and storage project on the upper Heihe River, about 25 km northwest from Qilian County. The reservoir has a total storage capacity of 403 million m³, and the installed capacity is 49 MW. The RCC gravity dam has a maximum height of 123 m, and the project scale is of Class II large (2).
